Marketing Deputy:
Marketing is formed with head of the group plus marketing, proposal, contract and public relations manager. This deputy is involved in activities such as marketing, market studies, evaluating company preferences in market, participate in tenders including proposal preparation, establishing the branches, evaluate & singing contracts and participating in exhibitions and professional associations.
Design & Engineering Deputy:
This Deputy is formed with the head of the group plus mechanical, civil, structure, electrical, Instrument and process managers. Main duties of this group is needed studies for technical and economical justification of activities, evaluation of basic designs, preparation of detail design and execution plan. They are also responsible for engineering and preparing required drawing and needed standards including executive procedures and supervision of the projects.
Executive & Fabrication Deputy:
This deputy like design and engineering department consist of mechanical civil, structure, electrical, Instrument, process, planning, quality and technical engineers and they are involved in all executive part and procurement (supply) activities of the projects.
Commercial Deputy:
This Deputy consists of commercial deputy, internal and foreign purchase managers, purchase engineering, contract experts and experienced experts in the commercial field. This group is responsible for project commercial evaluation, sort and chose local and overseas supply sources and, in needed time, all required purchase activities for executive projects.
Financial & Economical Department:
This department consists of financial, administration and legal managers which are responsible for accounting, finance, investment for projects, and all other related activities.
Human Resources Deputy:
This group leads by Human Resources Deputy. The department consists of administrative, training, system and welfare services managers. Experiences and education of the personnel of this deputy consider as the strength of the company in order to train the personnel of company and enhance the quality of their activities in the company.
Planning and Systems Deputy:
This group leads by Planning Deputy and consists of planning systems and method managers. This department activities involve in planning, project control, provide and improvement of system and methods plus other related activities.
Quality Management:
This group consists of quality control manager plus quality control and assurance directors and they are responsible for quality control, quality assurance of products and services. In order to execute the project smoothly and reach high quality standards, all quality control and assurance activities of projects supervised by this management, sub contractors and suppliers activities also inspected to reach required levels of quality and standards match with company goals. Customer satisfaction is the primary priorities of our company.
