Caspian 460MW Single Shaft Class F Combined Cycle Power Plant

Considering the country need for electricity (specially in northern areas) United Energy Developers Company was awarded the execution of a EPC-turnkey F-Class Single Shaft Combined Cycle Power Plant contract. This contract was signed with one of the largest private clients in Iran’s power generation (Mahtaab Group) late 2014 with the goal of high efficiency power generation.
The capacity of this power plant is 460 MW.
This power plant is Iran’s first single shaft CCPP, with 26 months contractual period for gas unit synchronization, constructed with a compact plot plan in a small land in 24 months (2 months earlier than contractual agreement).
The whole Caspian project contractual duration was 36 months. In which Armature Pardis Company was Client’s management consultant (MC), Poyery Company was Client’s engineering consultant and Wala Energy Company was assigned as Client’s site supervisor. United Energy Developers Company engineering consultants were Fichtner, Germany and AFConsult, Switzerland.
